1. Services
setupforyou.ai ("we", "us") provides AI agent setup and integration services for businesses. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of Work
Each engagement is scoped through an initial assessment. The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins. Changes to scope require mutual written agreement.
3. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Setup fees are due upon project commencement. Monthly retainer fees, if applicable, are billed at the start of each billing period.
4. Your Data
We access your business tools and data solely to configure and maintain your AI agents. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose beyond delivering the agreed services. You retain full ownership of your data at all times.
5. AI Agent Behavior
AI agents are configured to operate within boundaries you approve. We implement safeguards and human-in-the-loop checkpoints where appropriate. However, AI systems can produce unexpected outputs — you are responsible for reviewing agent actions that affect your customers or operations.
6. Third-Party Services
Our agents integrate with your existing tools (email, CRM, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party service providers. You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts and API access for connected services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide documentation for any configured agents and assist with transition. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Active clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
